Ellen Dixdotter steps in as CEO of Mandaley

Mandaley announces that Ellen Dixdotter, Chair of the Board and former CEO of By Malene Birger, has stepped in as acting CEO of Mandaley, the parent company of premium fashion brands Malina and Soft Goat.

Ellen Dixdotter succeeds Philip Abrahamsson, who has led the company through a period focused on preparing the brands for international expansion. With the groundwork in place, the board and Philip jointly agreed that a new profile is needed to drive the next phase of growth.

"Philip has done a great job building the foundation for internationalization. Now, as we shift into the next chapter, it felt natural for me to step in as acting CEO while we identify the right long-term leader," says Ellen Dixdotter.

Mandaley expects to reach approximately SEK 300 million in revenue for 2025, representing around 20 percent growth, with both Malina and Soft Goat contributing to a combined adjusted EBITDA of SEK 24 million.
