Stella's portfolio company Nion acquires Middlecon
Stella Capital is pleased to announce that our portfolio company Nion has completed the acquisition of Middlecon, a Stockholm-based consultancy specializing in data management, Big Data, and AI/ML.
Middlecon, founded in 2010, brings deep specialist competence in helping organizations collect, structure, and analyze complex data sets. Their expertise spans strategic advisory, data pipeline optimization, and predictive analytics, with established positions within the IBM and Cloudera ecosystems.
This acquisition marks an important milestone in Nion’s growth journey. By integrating Middlecon’s deep technical knowledge with Nion’s scalable delivery model and cloud expertise, the combined group creates a stronger platform to support customers facing increasing complexity in their data and analytics needs.
